Copyright infringement policy and how to submit a takedown request.

AllFans Platform respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, this page explains how to submit a DMCA takedown notice. Abuse of this process may expose you to legal liability.

1. Overview

AllFans Platform ("AllFans") complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

2. Reporting Infringement — Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing ALL of the following information:

  1. Your identification: Your full legal name, title (if acting on behalf of a rights holder), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
  3. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or other information sufficient to identify the allegedly infringing content on our Platform.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may send a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, California if outside the US)
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, AllFans will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has received three or more valid DMCA takedown notices.

5. False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.

6. Other Intellectual Property Concerns
